What team building activities do you offer?
Group cooking, art workshops, outdoor challenges, escape rooms, improv theatre, sport. We choose the activity after understanding what you want from your team.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. Indoors we work in historic villas, private halls and unusual spaces; outdoors in the Tuscan countryside, in parks and on nature trails. We decide together based on season, group size and goals.
How many people can take part?
From 10 to over 300. With large groups we split people into teams that rotate between activities, so everyone gets the same experience.
Can you build the activity around company goals?
That is where we start. Cohesion, communication, leadership, onboarding new colleagues: first we understand what you want to work on, then we design the day.
Do you only work in Tuscany?
No, across Italy. We are based in Florence, but we run team building in the mountains, by the sea and in art cities. If you already have a venue in mind we start there; otherwise we find one.
Do you also organise lunch or dinner after the activity?
Yes. The meal is often what the team remembers most. We take care of catering, a private restaurant or a dinner in a special venue.
