What kind of team building activities do you offer?
We design a wide range of experiences: culinary team building, artistic and creative activities, outdoor challenges in nature, corporate escape rooms, theatrical improvisation workshops, sports activities and much more. Every proposal starts by listening to the team's specific goals.
Do you run indoor or outdoor team building?
Both. We work in high-quality indoor venues (historic villas, private halls, unusual spaces) and outdoor settings (the Tuscan countryside, parks, nature trails). The choice depends on the season, the number of participants and the goals of the activity.
How many people can take part?
We design activities for groups from 10 to over 300 people. For larger groups, we split participants into teams and run a rotating program so everyone shares the same experience.
Can activities be tailored to specific corporate goals?
Absolutely — it's our standard approach. We start from the goals you want to reach (cohesion, communication, leadership, onboarding) and build a bespoke experience. We don't sell standard packages.
Do you operate only in Tuscany, or in other regions too?
We operate across all of Italy. Based in Florence, we produce team building from north to south: in the mountains, by the sea, in cities of art. If you already have a venue in mind, we build around it; otherwise we choose it for you.
Do you also handle the group lunch or dinner after the activity?
Yes. The social moment is often an integral part of team building. We coordinate catering, private dining or dinners in special venues as a natural close to the day.
