How much does it cost?
A corporate event in a Tuscan villa for 50–150 guests starts at around €8,000–25,000. Cost depends on venue, season, catering and set design. Every quote is detailed and transparent.
Do you find the venue?
Yes — it's one of our strengths. We have a portfolio of villas, villages, wineries and historic gardens across Tuscany, many of which don't appear on standard scouting sites. We propose 3–5 options tailored to your project and budget.
What do we take care of?
Everything: negotiating with the property, permits, set design, catering, staff, entertainment and guest logistics. One single point of contact for every phase, from the first call to the day of the event.
How does the collaboration start?
Initial brief (call or meeting) → venue proposal + quote within 48 hours → site visit → full production. We always reply within one working day of the first contact.
