How much does it cost?
A corporate event in a Tuscan villa for 50–150 guests usually costs between €8,000 and €25,000. The price changes with venue, season, catering and set design. Before anything starts you get a detailed, itemised quote.
Do you find the venue?
Yes. We know villas, villages, wineries and gardens across Tuscany, including many that are not on venue websites. We suggest the options that fit your project and budget.
What do you handle?
Negotiating with the owner, permits, set design, catering, staff, entertainment and guest logistics. You have one point of contact from the first call to the day of the event.
How do we start?
With a call or a meeting. Within 48 hours we send first ideas, within 7 working days the venue proposal and quote. Then the site visit and production.
Frequently asked questions
Which parts of Tuscany do you cover?
The whole region: Chianti, Valdarno, Mugello, Versilia, Maremma, Siena, Livorno, Pisa. We have been in Florence since 2006 and know which venues work for a corporate event and which do not.
Do you organise events in private historic villas?
Yes. We work with owners of villas, gardens and palazzos that are often not listed online. We handle the negotiation, permits and logistics; you focus on the programme.
Do you also hold events at wineries and farms?
Yes, they are among the most requested venues for gala dinners and presentations: Chianti wineries, Val d'Orcia farmhouses, Valdarno estates. We coordinate catering, set design, entertainment and hospitality.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For a villa dinner for 50 people, 4–6 weeks is usually enough. For events with more than 200 guests or popular venues, such as Versilia in summer or Chianti during the harvest, allow 3–6 months. Either way we reply within 48 hours with a first assessment.
