What to know before you write to us
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the venue, guest count, technical setup and catering. We always provide a detailed quote before moving forward.
What do we take care of?
Everything: creative concept, venue sourcing, technical production (audio, video, lighting, stage), catering, hospitality staff, guest logistics and transfers. One single point of contact from the first call to the post-event report.
Where do we operate?
Based in Florence, we produce events across all of Italy — from major cities to destinations of excellence.
How does the collaboration start?
Initial brief (call or meeting) → creative proposal + quote within 7 working days → approval → full production. Your point of contact is always reachable, right up to the day of the event.

Which venues do you use in Tuscany?
In Florence and across Tuscany we work with high-profile venues: Stazione Leopolda, Palazzo Capponi, Villa Gamberaia, Fortezza da Basso, villas and estates in Chianti and many more. For events in other regions, we select design spaces, historic palazzos and unconventional venues based on the project and the brand.
Do you work with international and luxury brands?
Yes. Clients we've organized events for include Saint Laurent, Dior, Frescobaldi, Monnalisa, The Mall, Generali Italia and other Italian and international brands. We understand the demands of the luxury sector and know how to translate them into an event experience consistent with the brand's identity.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For complex events or high-profile venues we recommend at least 3–4 months' notice to secure the best availability. We can also handle requests with 4–6 weeks' notice, depending on the venue and event type. The most sought-after venues book up early — the sooner you contact us, the wider your options.
