How much does it cost?
It depends on the venue, guest count, menu, set design and entertainment. Before anything starts you get a detailed, itemised quote.
What do you handle?
Venue sourcing, menu and catering, set design, audio and lighting, entertainment, welcome staff and guest transfers. You have one point of contact from the first call to the final report.
Where?
In Florence, in Tuscany and across Italy, in palazzos, villas, estates and unusual venues.
How do we start?

What kind of corporate dinners and parties do you organise?
Christmas and end-of-year dinners, gala dinners, company parties, lunches, anniversaries and evenings for clients and staff. We start from the guest count, the tone you want and what the evening needs to say.
How far ahead should I book a corporate Christmas dinner?
For the most popular venues, write to us 3–4 months ahead. We also work with 4–6 weeks. November and December are the busiest months, so the sooner you write, the wider the choice.
Do you also handle the entertainment?
Yes: artists, live music, DJs and shows, chosen for the audience and the tone of the evening. For Saint Laurent at Stazione Leopolda, the dinner show and after party were part of an annual meeting for 900 guests.
Do you also take care of the menu and catering?
Yes. Menu and service are planned together with the rest of the evening. Venue, set design, lighting, entertainment and staff all go through us, with one point of contact.
Do you organise corporate dinners in Florence?
Yes, we are based in Florence and know the venues of the city and of Tuscany well, from Stazione Leopolda to Palazzo Capponi, from Villa Gamberaia to the Chianti estates. We also organise corporate dinners across the rest of Italy.
