What do you build?
Stands and spaces for fairs and events: bespoke sets, stages and structures, audio, lighting, video and LED walls. Build, dismantling and logistics are part of the service.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the space, materials, technical setup and the fair organiser's services. Before anything starts you get a detailed, itemised quote.
What else besides the stand?
Hostesses and stewards, hospitality, entertainment and the evening for your clients during the fair. You have one point of contact from the first call to the final report.

Frequently asked questions
What does set design for a stand or a trade fair space include?
Bespoke sets and styling, audio, lighting, video and LED walls, stages and structures. We design, build and dismantle them, and on the day we coordinate the crews on site.
Is dismantling included?
Yes: build, dismantling and post-event logistics are part of the service.
Do you work during Pitti Immagine?
Yes. For Ellesse we handled the entertainment at the Pitti stand, for Chanel the hospitality and for La Martina the staff event, at Fortezza da Basso.
Besides the stand, do you also provide staff and hospitality at the fair?
Yes. Hostesses, stewards, registration, accreditation and assistance go through the same contact who follows the set design. For Chanel we handled hospitality during Pitti Immagine.
Do you also organise events around the fair, such as dinners or evenings for clients?
Yes. Venue, dinner, entertainment and set design for the evening are handled by us, with the same team as the stand. For Saint Laurent at Stazione Leopolda, the dinner show and after party were part of an annual meeting for 900 guests.
