How much does it cost?
It depends on the venue, guest count, technical setup and catering. Before anything starts you get a detailed, itemised quote.
What do you handle?
The concept, venue sourcing, audio, video, lighting and stage, catering, welcome staff, guest logistics and transfers. You have one point of contact from the first call to the final report.
Where do you work?
We are based in Florence and work across Italy, Milan included, with the same team.
How do we start?
With a call or a meeting. Within 48 hours we send first ideas, within 7 working days the proposal and quote. Once you approve, we take care of production.

No, we are based in Florence. From there we organise events across Italy, Milan included: the same team and one point of contact, from the first call to production.
Do you also organise smaller events?
Yes. Besides large events we organise team building, meetings, dinners and company parties for small groups too: team building starts from 10 people. The method is the same and you keep one point of contact.
What kinds of corporate events do you organise?
Conventions and meetings, product launches, gala and year-end dinners, incentives, openings, showrooms, press days and private events. Every event starts from scratch: we do not sell catalogue packages.
How do you choose a venue in Milan?
We start from your goals, guest count and budget. Then we suggest a few venues, ones we know or ones we look for specifically, each with its own quote, and you decide before anything goes ahead.
Do you work with international and luxury brands?
Yes: Saint Laurent, Dior, Frescobaldi, Monnalisa, The Mall and Generali Italia, among others. For Frescobaldi we took the wine Luce on tour from Milan to Naples for its 30th anniversary.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For large events or popular venues, write to us 3–4 months ahead. We also work with 4–6 weeks' notice, depending on the venue and the type of event.
