How enquiries are handled
The site's forms do not create an account or sign you up to a newsletter: the content is delivered as an email to our internal inbox through Resend, the provider we use for sending. If you gave marketing consent, information about the campaign that brought you to the site is attached to that same email as technical headers, not shown in the message body.
The staff and supplier forms are hosted on our separate systems (crm.jdeventsrl.com and customer.jdeventsrl.com) and are covered by this notice.
Google Ads enhanced conversions
If you gave marketing consent, when you submit an enquiry your email address and phone number are turned into an irreversible hashed code by your browser and sent to Google in that form only. They serve solely to connect the enquiry to the ad click that produced it, when the usual identifier is unavailable. Google does not receive the values in clear text and cannot use them to contact you. Without marketing consent nothing is sent.
Recipients
Data may be processed on our behalf and on our instructions by the providers that make the site work: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Neon Inc. (database), Resend (email delivery), Google Ireland Limited (Analytics and Ads) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Clarity). Some of these may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell or trade personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the applicable statutory periods. Job applications are kept for 12 months. The consent record is kept for 5 years, the ordinary period within which it may need to be demonstrated. Usage statistics follow the periods set out in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what came before: for cookies, the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page is enough.
To exercise these rights write to info@jdeventsrl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If we change how we process data we will update this page, and where the change concerns cookies you will be asked for consent again.
